Pre-worship Music | At Calvary | Praise Band |
ONE: May the peace of Christ be with you. ALL: And also with you. |
||
Gathering Song | God Welcomes All | Hymn #399 |
ONE: The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the decrees of the Lord are sure, making wise the simple. ALL: The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes. ONE: The fear of the Lord is sure, enduring forever; the ordinances of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. ALL: Let the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. ONE: Let us worship God! |
||
Welcoming | My Peace | Rev. Suzanne Swartz |
ALL: O God, have mercy upon us, and through Christ forgive our sin. He called the church to be one body with parts to make it function. We sever that one body through suspicion and hostility; we cannot dine around one common table. We divide into separate bodies and pretend to be the church. We take from one another what belongs to us all. By your grace make us one in Christ. Amen. |

Passing of the Peace | For the Beauty of the Earth | Congregation |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |
||
Prelude | There | Praise Band |
Open our ears that we may hear your scriptures and understand their meaning for us this day O Lord. And may the words of ours mouths and the meditation of all of our hearts be acceptable to you O God, our rock and our redeemer. Amen. |
